RADIUS d.o.o. The company RADIUS ltd. was founded in 1990, and the founder is Alojzije Bilić, grad. constr. eng. (director and owner).
It started operating in 1992. The company's share capital is 85,000 HRK
Until 1998, the company RADIUS ltd. was just a representative of PERI in the development of market and projects which had the issue of formwork systems. In 1998, Radius ltd. purchased formworks and scaffolding in its own name and rented them in the Croatian market.
With renting, the need for reparation of formwork and scaffolding emerged, resulting in the purchase of a larger number of machines and tools.
